- Ressources Pour Le College: free-for teaching English- so much to choose from, and in addition to the more common categories of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, they also have'vocabulaire thematique et activites' (thematic vocabulary activities), one of my favorites. New stuff added daily.
- Schoolhouse rock grammar: mostly a sales site, but a few free Schoolhouse chants and lyrics for free
- Simple English Wikipedia: free, that's right, wikipedia specifically written for access by those needing simplified vocabulary and syntax.

- Spoken Skills: free listening and speaking activieis
- Talking pets: Free. You can accessorize and make a setting for a pet, then write a message and it will convert it to text. You can use their photos or upload. Then email to someone.
- Tapestry for Teachers of English: free, a collaboration between the IRA, TESOL, and other organizations, bringing together summaries of what works for ELLs. It also includes many bibliographic leads for further research
- Themes for instruction, with very developed lesson plans for the primary grades. Free and a great resource
- Themes for beginners & early intermediate: from our most wonderful friend, Larry Ferlazzo.
- TPR exercises: for all four domains - free
- Transfer errors between English and several other languages: free
- Translating word problems in math: explains how to work through the problems in a multi-step process

- Virtual traveller: this marvelous free site allows the user to select a place to travel, then they listen to a story in simple English, take notes on what they hear, turn it into a story, and print. You can hit all four domains with this.
